Dog Bites and Injures Man Near Royal St in Plymouth, MA

Plymouth, MA (August 26, 2026) – A 67-year-old man suffered dog bites to both arms Wednesday morning, August 26, near Royal Street.

Emergency units and Plymouth Fire responded around 11:18 a.m. for a medical call that involved the man. He had uncontrolled bleeding from bites to both arms, according to preliminary reports.

The dog involved was reported to be contained in a room at the time emergency units arrived.

It is not yet clear how the incident went down. Authorities continue to investigate.
