Electric School Bus Rolls Over on Harvard St in Boston, MA

Boston, MA (August 7, 2026) – Four adults were hurt on Thursday afternoon, August 6, when an electric Boston Public Schools bus rolled onto its side near Harvard Street. Emergency units were dispatched to the area shortly after 1:08 p.m., according to Boston Police.

No students were on board at the time, according to a Boston Public Schools spokesperson. The four adults inside sustained what officials described as minor injuries.

Witnesses said the crash happened suddenly, with one bystander describing a loud bang as the bus went over. 

The cause remains under investigation.
