Evening Crash Leaves Two Unconscious on I-495 in Haverhill, MA

Haverhill, MA (July 24, 2026) – Two people were hurt on Thursday evening, July 23, after their vehicle went off the road along I-495 North near Mile Marker 112. The collision was reported around 8:18 p.m. The Haverhill Fire responded quickly to the scene.

Responders found both occupants unconscious inside the vehicle. They administered a reversal medication at the scene, after which both individuals became conscious and responsive. A dog that was also in the vehicle was later picked up by animal control.

Both occupants were taken to Merrimack Health in Haverhill for further treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been released. No further details about the wreck were available at the time of publication.
