Hit-and-Run Leaves 39-Year-Old Man Dead on Irving St in Framingham, MA

Framingham, MA (August 25, 2026) – A 39-year-old man died on Sunday night, August 23, after being struck by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene on Irving Street.

The Framingham Police responded to the 100 block of Irving Street around 8:55 p.m., and when they arrived, they found the man seriously hurt. He was taken to MetroWest Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries. 

Police said the man was hit by a gray 2016 Volkswagen GTI. The driver did not stay at the site and has not been identified.

Police are actively searching for the driver responsible, and the investigation is ongoing.
