Worcester, MA (August 15, 2026) – Two pedestrians were injured on Friday, August 14, following a motor vehicle collision in front of Smokey Joe's on Park Avenue. The Worcester Fire Department crews and local law enforcement officers were dispatched to the 300 block around the 369 Park Avenue area following emergency reports.

Preliminary information indicates that the driver of a passenger automobile suffered an unexpected medical emergency while operating the vehicle. The motorist subsequently lost control of the automobile and struck two pedestrians on or near the sidewalk area.
