State Trooper Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Providence Rd in Grafton, MA

Grafton, MA (June 29, 2026) – A 31-year-old Massachusetts State Police trooper died on Sunday evening, June 28, in a motorcycle crash involving at least two cars near Providence Rd and Milford Rd in Grafton. 

Trooper Jacob Mick, a Northborough native, was pronounced dead at the scene. The operator of a passenger vehicle involved in the crash was taken to UMass Memorial Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The Worcester County District Attorney's Office is investigating the crash.
